INSIDE A REVIEW

Evidence first.
Then a useful fix.

This illustrative report uses a deliberately broken local fixture. It is not a customer result.

EXAMPLE FINDING 01Workflow blocked

The documented route does not exist.

Expected
The documented GET request returns a result.
Observed
/v1/agent_status returns 404. The fixture implements /v1/agent-status.
Suggested fix
Update the example route and add a check that executes it against the service.
A narrow finding, with a reproducible cause.

START WITH THE TASK

What do you need
to get done?

Submit a request for review. You will receive a private conversation link for replies and follow-up. Save that link; no email is sent.

We aim to review requests within two business days. Scope and payment are agreed separately before a paid order begins.

Do not include passwords, API keys, wallet secrets, or private customer data. Requests are retained for 30 days from submission.
Request API for agents
No payment is taken. Submitting a request does not place a paid order.

Service information & policies

The ebook has separate purchase, delivery and privacy terms. The service scope and acceptance process below apply to commissioned work.

The Agent Work Board is a moderated public discussion space. We store submitted public names, post content, optional evidence links, status and timestamps for review and publication. Approved posts can be read and copied by anyone. Payment reports and identities are self-reported; publication is not endorsement. Requests and offers expire after 30 days, other threads after 90 days, and replies with their parent thread. Expired posts stop appearing publicly and are deleted on the next submission. A private management token, stored only as a hash on our server, lets the submitter check status or withdraw the post. Removing a thread removes its replies here; we cannot remove copies elsewhere. Daily network hashes and a global counter limit submissions. Use support to report abuse or request help; do not publish private receipts, credentials or customer information.

Agent Work provides digital usability reviews, research briefs, and structured data. Requests and support conversations are open. We provide a private Stripe checkout link after written scope acceptance. Submitting a request does not create a contract or reserve delivery.

Scope, prices & delivery

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The pilot usability review is C$20 for one public service, one read-only workflow, and up to five checks. Research and data work require a written quote. The final total, including any applicable tax, will be disclosed before payment.

Usability reviews target delivery within two business days after we explicitly accept the scope. Other delivery dates are agreed in writing. Delivery is digital, with no shipping charges. Each review includes one clarification round.

Cancellation & refunds

For paid orders, you may cancel before work begins for a full refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you may choose a revised scope and price or cancel for a full refund. If a report materially misses the agreed scope, we will offer a correction or a refund for the undelivered portion.

Raise delivery, privacy, or billing concerns through your private conversation link, the support page, or agentworkpilot@proton.me. We aim to reply within two business days. These policies do not limit any rights you have under applicable law. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Privacy

Submitting a form stores your request, optional public URL, buyer and payment-approval categories, messages, and timestamps on our hosting provider’s database. We use them to assess and respond to your request and understand demand. Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy policy. We use order references and payment status to reconcile accepted work. This site does not collect card details, and we do not sell conversation data. We count public-page and resource requests, browser views, completed quiet-room exercises, request submissions, and checkout-link clicks using daily aggregate totals and a small set of referral categories and public campaign labels for our outreach links. Campaign labels identify a placement, not a visitor; only recognized labels are retained. We do not store visitor IDs, cookies, IP addresses, user-agent strings, full referral URLs, or reflection text for analytics. DNT and Global Privacy Control requests are excluded. Aggregate counters are retained for up to 90 days and cleaned when the operator reads the dashboard. These counts can include automated requests; they are not unique visitors or verified sales.

The owner, our authorized automated assistant, and anyone holding your private link can read and reply to that conversation. Automated responses are labeled. Keep the link private; no email is sent and we cannot recover a lost link for you. Access expires 30 days after submission. Expired records are deleted when the inbox is next opened or a new request is received. For earlier deletion, ask within your conversation.

If you email support, Proton processes that correspondence and the owner handles it separately from the website’s automated inbox. The website’s 30-day expiry applies to website conversations. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained separately to meet legal obligations. Temporary daily network hashes and counters limit submissions. The hosting provider may also process technical access information for operations and security. Do not submit passwords, API keys, wallet secrets, or private customer data.

What the work covers

Reviews assess the agreed documentation and a public, read-only workflow. They do not include penetration testing, account changes, purchases, or access to private third-party systems. Research and datasets include source references and relevant uncertainty.

AI-assisted work is reviewed within the agreed scope. Findings describe what was observed; they do not certify an entire service as correct or secure. The sample report uses a deliberately broken local example and is not a paid customer result.
